Appearance: Light gold.
Aroma: Soft caramel with a faint sweet malt nose, oak and vanilla notes in the background. Hint of wood. Light, subtle caramel and butterscotch scents.
Taste: Starts off with a distinct rye peppery spice, caramel, and a trace of vanilla that melt into a mixture of fresh slightly floral and red berry flavour with noticeable corn sweetness. Traces of oak become apparent late in the taste.
Finish: Long, but light finish fills the mouth. Warm and slightly spicy lingering on the mouth with hints of pepper.
Nose: A classic boreal dry gin confirmed by the distinct juniper-forward aroma. It’s slightly sweetened by floral botanicals, and a hint of citrus in the background.
Flavour: The palate begins with juniper, and melts into savoury with angelica root and fresh coriander seed with a hint of orris root and liquorice. There is a soft citrus zest noticed later on the palate with a faint trace of cinnamon.
Finish: The finish is long and smooth and slightly warm, with mostly spice.
Cocktails: As a clearly classic gin, it works well in all the traditional cocktail giants like: the Gin Martini; Gin and Tonic; the Negroni; the Aviation; or, even a Gimlet or Gin and Soda. And, it’s very soft and pleasant when sipped Neat.

Appearance: Polished and crystal clear. Medium legs and body.
Nose: Very neutral with a subtle sweetness befitting a grain vodka, with a touch of cereal notes.
Flavour: Our proofing water imparts a trace bitterness that perfectly balances the sweetness of the alcohol. Its taste combines the flinty flavours of the northern grains with a hint of black pepper.
Finish: The subtle flavours quickly disappear on the mouth and nose leaving a completely refreshed palate.
